1 : METHOD OF REDEMPTION To redeem an applicable offer (a “Beam Booster Partner Offer”), consumers must show the Beam Booster Partner Offer notification (as indicated in the Beam app, icons marked with a ‘P’ and ‘yellow rocket’), to the participating merchant (a “Beam Booster Partner”) within 60 minutes of ending a trip. The notification must be displayed from within the Beam app; screenshots or other types of saved notifications will not be accepted. A Beam Booster Partner has the right to request sight of a consumer’s ‘Trip History’ to verify that a ride was completed within 60 minutes.

2: DURATION OF THE PROMOTION The ‘Beam Booster’ promotion commences 12 November 2020 (Adelaide). Individual Beam Booster Partner Offers are available as and when they are visible in the Beam app.

3: NATURE AND VALUE OF THE OFFERS All Beam Booster Partner Offers are correct at the time of publication. Beam Mobility Australia Pty Ltd (“Beam Mobility Australia”) makes no representations in relation to any offer and takes no responsibility for variations, inaccuracies, non-honouring, or absences of Beam Booster Offers within the Beam app, at any time. All offers are given by the Beam Booster Partner and are non-transferable, and when applicable, must be used within 60 minutes of ending your trip. Promotions have no alternative cash value, and rain checks are not available, unless otherwise stated.

4: ELIGIBILITY Employees of Beam Mobility Australia, their immediate families and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to redeem offers. Beam Mobility Australia, and by extension, participating businesses, reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of redemptions and reserve the right, in their discretion, to disqualify any individual who Beam Mobility Australia, and participating businesses, have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the promotion process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

5: CONDITIONS OF REDEMPTION All consumers acknowledge that they have read Beam’s Privacy Policy and that they consent to Beam processing data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For the Privacy Policy, see https://www.ridebeam.com/privacy-policy. Beam Mobility Australia will not be responsible or liable if, for any reason beyond their reasonable control, any element of any offer is not provided by Partner Stores. Offers do not include any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated. Offers must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.

6: RELEASE AND INDEMNITY To the extent permitted by law, all consumers release from, and indemnify the Beam Mobility Australia against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any offer(s) or participation in the Promotion including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

7: CANCELLATION Beam Mobility Australia reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at its discretion.
