SINGAPORE, 22 September, 2025 — Neuron Mobility and Beam Mobility have completed their merger, bringing together two Singapore-headquartered micromobility leaders. The combined company, Neuron Mobility Holdings, forms one of the world’s top shared e-scooter operators and the clear market leader in the Asia-Pacific region.

The new company will operate around 100,000 e-scooters across 100 cities worldwide, leveraging Neuron’s leadership in Australia and Canada together with Beam’s strong presence in South Korea, Southeast Asia, Turkey, and the U.S.

The merger provides a solid platform for long-term growth, profitability, and continued innovation. Both the Neuron and Beam brands will remain, each focused on their strongest markets.
