Availability: Local Resident Passes are only available for Beam mobile app scooter and bike rides ("Rides") within the following specific locations in Australia and New Zealand: Noosa Shire (each a "Location") and only to those customers who we have verified as being permanent residents of one of those Locations.
What's included: A Local Pass is specific to a Location and entitles the holder thereof to a total of 2 hours of Rides per day within that Location, for so long as the Local Resident Pass remains active.
Eligibility: To hold a Local Resident Pass for any particular Location, you need to be a Beam customer; apply therefor; and verify to our satisfaction that you are a permanent resident of that Location. If you cease to be such a resident, you must promptly notify us and cease to use the Local Pass.
Restrictions: A Local Pass may not be used by anyone other than the official holder thereof who resides in the relevant Location and may not be used to take rides outside of the relevant Location. A Local Pass may not be sold or transferred to anyone else without Beam's express prior consent.
Validity period: A Local Resident Pass is valid for a month from purchase and automatically renews on a rolling monthly basis until you or Beam terminate it. We also reserve the right to terminate it forthwith if you cease to be eligible therefor or are using the Local Resident Pass in contravention of these T&Cs or our more General T&Cs.
Cost: A Local Resident Pass costs AUD79.95 per month, which will be charged to the credit card associated with your existing Beam account on your date of purchase thereof and then automatically every month thereafter until terminated.
Changes to program:Beam may change or terminate the Local Resident Pass offering, including by amending these T&Cs therefor, at any time for any reason without liability to Beam, provided that then-active Local Resident Passes will be honoured in accordance with their terms until the end of the relevant month.
