The Conditions of Entry are to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Promotion.

Terms of Promotion:

1. Entry to the Promotion is automatic on fulfilment of the entry requirements in Item 7. Further, the fulfilment of such entry requirements, constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entrants may contact Beam Customer Support at any time during the Promotion Period to opt out of the Promotion.
2. Entries are deemed to be received when the relevant action has been completed and verified through the Beam app.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and details) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Prizes awarded are final and are not interchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. The entrant acknowledges that if successful in being awarded the Prize, the Prize is subject to availability and/or changes in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
6. The Promoter will not be liable to any entrant and/or winner for any cancellation, changes or unavailability of the Prizes. 
7. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
8. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier of the prize or the Promoter, including validity and expiration periods.
9. Any ancillary costs incurred as a result of taking or using the Prize are not included in the Promotion or Prize and are the sole responsibility of the winners.
10. If the Promoter is unable to successfully award the Prize, for whatever reason, in its absolute discretion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory body, it may undertake a Re-Draw using the same method as set out in Item 6 within seven (7) days of the Prize Draw Date to distribute the unclaimed Prize(s). 
11. All non-winning entries from the original Prize Draw Date will be included in the Re-Draw.
12. The winner from the Re-Draw will be notified in writing via email within two (2) working days of the Re-Draw. 
13. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated by the Promoter, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate in the discretion of the Promoter. 
14. All times specified in the Promotion are in Brisbane, Australia timezone (AEST).
15. The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, late or delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
16. The Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
17. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to other third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. 
18. The Promoter uses and handles personal information gathered from this Promotion as set out in its Privacy Policy available upon request and via https://www.ridebeam.com/privacy-policy/english.
