Clean Hands Certificate and Business Registration: 

Beam has successfully registered as a business under DC Corp (See below) and has obtained a Basic Business License (See below). We are in the process of attaining the Clean Hands Certificate. We have submitted for a MYTAX DC FR-500 Application in order to open an MYTAX DC account to request for a Clean Hands Certificate. As of now, we are waiting for the Notice from the Office of Tax and Revenue to open an account. We expect no issues with attaining the clean hands certificate as we have not owed any fees, penalties or taxes in the District.
