By participating in BeamForAll, you agree that access to BeamForAll discounted passes: (i) must be used for the intended user and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be sold or transferred in any manner, unless expressly permitted by Beam; (iii) may be disabled or amended by Beam at any time for any reason without liability to Beam; and (iv) may be subject to quantity or value limits as determined by Beam.

Beam reserves the right to:
- Terminate access to BeamForAll in the event that Beam determines or believes that the use of the Program was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise in violation of Beam’s Agreements or specific terms applicable to the BeamForAll program.
- Amend, add, supplement, terminate or modify the BeamForALL program and any applicable terms or conditions for any reason and at its sole discretion.

In the event that you no longer qualify for BeamForAll, you undertake to inform Beam immediately and cease access to the BeamForAll benefits.
